About Karishma
Karishma Shah is a Bay Area-based Executive Coach for Emerging Leaders. For the last 8+ years, she has helped high-potential, high-performing identify and put into action their purpose and passions.
Prior to coaching, Karishma spent over 15 years in the Marketing, Community Engagement, and Events space, including being one of the first 50 hires at Airbnb. After finding her own calling, Executive Coaching, she is now helping others do the same.
